Victorian Silkie Coop
The Victorian Silkie Coop is our newest addition. This coop was built for our Silkies and Polish chickens that we are hatching out. This Coop has Victorian Colors and accents. The silkies are for pure fun and pets. Yes, we will get little diet eggs, but we are not concerned about them pulling their weight. We look forward to experiencing their little personalities. We hope to offer hatching eggs and silkie pairs next year and look forward to finally having a rooster on the homestead. My Daughter and I think my son also will be adding small coops behind their houses with silkies and polish chicks that we are hatching out. We chose two shades of blue and a green along with white accents for this coop. This coup is 8x4x5 . It was built with construction, garden bed scraps and paint that we had here already, I did purchase the landscape timbers 4, hinges, a quart of green paint, a window and fencing for a total of $115.00.
